KDKA said the parkway is closed near the area of the Fort Pitt Bridge. Haven't heard anything about the Point, but I don't think it's flooded. Pittsburgh has enough problems without mud and flood. City is goin' to "hell in a handbasket" at mach speed. Love this place, but downtown ain't what it used to be. Folks in Wheeling, WVA were flooded pretty bad. Still are.
