Runline and totals bets do have action if the game goes nine innings. The above notice came straight from the wire word for word as sent out by Don Best and all the offshore books on his system processed the bets as described. In a minute I will cut and paste the clause from the standard rules page all offshore and Vegas books I am aware of use. As for locals . . . who knows?

SPECIAL BASEBALL RULES:
=======================
A)WHEN WAGERING ON TOTAL RUNS (OVER/UNDER) THE GAME MUST GO 9 INNINGS
(8? IF THE HOME TEAM IS AHEAD) TO HAVE ACTION. IF A GAME IS CALLED, OR SUSPENDED, THE SCORE WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER THE LAST FULL INNING (UNLESS THE HOME TEAM SCORE TO TIE, OR TAKES THE LEAD IN THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE INNING, IN WHICH CASE THE SCORE IS DETERMINED AT THE TIME THE GAME IS CALLED). RULES FOR THE RUN LINE WAGERS ARE THE SAME AS THOSE FOR BASEBALL TOTALS.

Apparently there has been a lot of confusion about this game . . . even at some books. This moved on the wire this evening.
