Bama -8.5 1H over Tex Am *****
Not sure about the whole game but think Bama takes a big 1half lead and then takes its foot off the pedal subbing in 2nd half. Jones is solid at qb and AM struggled vs Vandy maybe looking ahead to Bama. Last yr Bama won 47-28 and the yr before 45-23.think this is a double digit lead by half.
TCU +12 over Texas ****
Texas defense was unreal last week They missed almost 41 tackles gave up 400-500 yds on defense.. coverage was unreal but their offense pulled out a win in over time 51-48 win. Patterson has their number.. and although Iowa St beat TCU last week think Texas again will have trouble ..last 3 years Texas was -3 and -1 and lost those two games outright 36-16 and 37-27. Duggan the TCU qb is back TCU defense with the 2 best safeties in the country will slow down the Longhorns. Texas is loaded on offense esp with there qb but Texas defense is so bad. think TCU keeps this close and Duggan has a big game at qb Plus one of TCU's top rb's makes his debut tomorrow. Like gary patterson said a few years ago I like recruiting 2 star athletes and making then play like 4 stars then having 4 stars players and developing them into 2 star players That was a dig on Texas a few years ago but its true.
SMU pk over Memphis ****
Smoo's qb and Ol and TE are solid RB TJ McDaniel and backup Bently who is no longer a backup are good .And with Rice a speedster and Roberson one of the best wr's in the country. If they just play a lick of defense this team is a top 20 team. Last yr Memphis won 54-48.Memphis won the yr before 28-18 and then Memphis again won 66-44 and 51-7 the following 2 yrs. But this is the best SMU team Memphis has gone up against..even if SMU's defense which is suspect doesn't show up they have to much fire power on offense..

BC just beat Tex St with a last minute FG..NC has a big time qb Sam Howell..
last week did bad with Tex St covering over BC.. and lost a few more
