For those if you with HBO On Demand, Band of Brothers is up for you to see. Regardless of your thoughts on the current war, this mini-series may be the finest tribute to WWII vets I've ever seen. Just outstandingly done.

Agreed. I saw Band when it originally aired a few years ago.....never missed an episode....

excellent series period, own it on dvd. the battle of bastogne was unreal. talk about balls of stone to withstand the punishment the 502 of the 101st took while dug in. 10 day sof hell with the greatest general ever patton to the rescue.

HBO seems to bring us many good programs. And this was one of the best.
