At a glance, I thought "There is nothing in Washington's portfolio which justifies them laying 10' points to this rival."
Further examination revealed Washington State also had a much better performance against common opponents.
Washington State plus 10' was looking very nice.
But Washington State is on the third leg of a three game road trip. Hmmm?
Otoh, of their last seven opponents, playing Washington is a big step down in strength of competition.
