UCF (-7) 1 unit. for 2 weeks, i thought i'd be playing ball st tonight. i hate the fact that ucf is playing fairly close to home and only laying 7. but there is one glaring difference between these teams. defense. and the dropping total tells me that some serious money is expecting some defense tonight. and that sure the hell ain't coming from the cardinals. so i gotta believe the knights' defense comes to play. if they shut down the run and force wenning to throw, they'll be in good shape. on the other side of the ball, only 9 teams in the country allowed more than the 5.15 yds/carry allowed by ball st. i look for ucf to wear down ball st on the ground. ucf should also win the turnover battle. they are 16th in the country in TO margin, while ball st only forced 14 TOs the entire season.
