BENGALS/STEELERS Under 43 (Sunday) - I do not buy into the fact that Kordell Stewart learned some things while watching Tommy Maddox. The Steelers did not score a single point after he was forced to enter the game last week, and he looked just as bewildered as he did the first few weeks of the season when he lost his job. True it?s only the Bengals, but I think that Pittsburgh will run the ball often and effectively, not giving Stewart many chances to make mistakes. This should result in many time-consuming drives, which is always the Under?s best friend. As for Cincinnati, is there any reason to believe that they could score more than 14 points this week? The Steelers manhandled them 34-7 at Cincinnati earlier this year, and the Bengals are only averaging 16.0 points per game overall.

Am I reading your post wrong?

Am I reading your post wrong?

"The Steeler's didn't score a single point after he (stewert) was forced to enter the game"

Didn't they score 2 touchdowns on consecutive drives with Stewert under center after Madoxx was taken off the field?

Either way I agree with your opinion because the game was nearly out of hand at that point and I am sure Stewert does not have it in him to put up 3 scores, reguardless!

Kordell didnt score????

Kordell didnt score????

Thats funny I thought I watched him put 15 pts on the board in just over 1 quarter. This is nothing new, times when Kordell has returned from being benched he always played very well- thats why you see a 10 pt line.
