It all depends what you are looking for, lots of things to consider. What games are you looking to play? What kind of comps are you looking for? Party atmosphere? Looking for hot chicks? So many things:SIB

Planet Hollywood has a fun atmosphere and some of the downtown casinos also cater to the "fun". I myself have good things to say about NY,NY. My fave game is baccarat and nobody really plays it there. I asked them to open a table for me and they did. I played by myself for hours, dealers were great, Pit Boss was great, etc. etc. They comped me like crazy, threw everything at me, was friggen funny. It got to the point where the dealers were saying "hey there's the white guy that plays baccarat" (if you play baccarat you'll get that joke):mj07:

The casinos on the Strip are tight asses when it comes to comps, but for some reason NY, NY was very generous to me:shrug: I have to give big kudos to them for that.

Of course as I stated it really depends what you are looking for:shrug:

Oh and for Sports Betting.......nothing better then the Hilton.

Best hold for blackjack games are at the 4 Queens and Binions. Was there in feb. Only a $10-$30 player so perhaps they sweat you if you play higher. Then again with their rent problems they probably sweat 24/7 now, lol. Also read El Cortez's BJ has good rules and a low hold. Did not go there. Will try it when I go in early June. :mj08:

Is Hilton better than Caesars Palace?

I really like Caesars since they have those big comfy leather chairs and a cigar lady running around and you get your own TV or you can watch the big screens.....

What about Coast Casinos for sports????? I didn't catch that......

I was just out there last week.. Check out the brand new M Resort and Spa..

The casino and sports book are top notch.. And my god, they have the best filters in town. Not a hint of smoke whatsoever.. Its the first time I have been to a casino for a number of hours and my eyes didnt burn like hell afterwards. The air was very fresh and crisp.

They also have mobile gaming in the sports book:mj06: :mj06:

And best of all i got Strip quality for Shreveport prices. Mixed drinks at the pool 7 bucks, beers 4 bucks.. They will cost double on the strip.

At least check it out for a day.. Very nice
