taoist...im not familiar with the term "Annual Ad Meter" so i really have no idea what that means...

That being said...not being a wise ass...but your answer would still seem to indicate the winner is determined through a subjective manner....

in other words ...with a spread or most props you either go over/under or push on a number...this has absolutely no subjective interpretation infused into the equation...her we have a number of ads and if i pick ad "A" and I think ad "A" was the best yet someone from USA today says no ad "B" was the best ...where is the objectivity in the calculation ?

prob. making a fuss about nothing as im not betting it...

...no, I agree that it is (and has to be) a subjective determination. I must have misread your initial post. I thought you missed that line about USA Today and wanted to know how they were going to determine the winner.... no problem, buddy. I was just trying to help. I'm with you in that I won't be wagering on this either.... Best of luck to your Pats this weekend....

Well that's sorta like wagering on the Oscars............. you might think picture "a" is the best, while the academy votes for picture "b". (not being a smartass btw, just trying to compare it to something else that gets bet heavily)

I thought the funniest commercial was with the kids who threw their ball over the neighbors fence. They threw a bag of potato chips over to the mean neighbor who won't ever throw their ball back. Back comes their ball, then their long lost dog, then an old car, and lastly, MC Hammer. He dances a bit, then the kids throw him back! LMAO!!

DANG.....stay home for a SB for a change and STILL don't manage to see all the commercials :(

who was this 6-5?? was it a potato chip commercial??? and if so, which brand would pay for SB advertisement? LOL

I had a few fav. commercials most were A-Bus.... one was ameriquest (as sick as it was, it was hilarious knowing how it came about)

loved the parachute/bud light/pilot jump........ loved the phone pics one....... ABSOLUTELY loved the dedicated to our military one, but the cat with the spaghetti sauce/knife one was funny too ;)

I though the big breasted woman was good. Problem is she made me forget what the add was about. The bud one was good and the one with the kids and the potato chips.
