Here is the e-mail response to my request about the status of my funds. Prior e-mails went unanswered so I sent multiple requests last night.
David-
We are finalising a process with the Antiguan Gaming Board who will oversee the payments to customers.
We are now retrieving the substantial funds owed to the company by numerous payment processing companies. We were attempting to retrieve this money previously but were unsuccessful due to the Temporary Restraining Order being placed against the company now this is not the case we are hopeful these funds can be recovered soon.
However as there are a number of outside factors that can change payment dates to clients we do not have a schedule as to when payments will be paid. Before any payments do go out to cleints we will
1) Update the Website www.betonsports.com
2) Inform all of the online forums that payments are being made.
3) Contact all clients who have already came forward via email and/or telephone and confirm details of the payment.
