Second week in a row!!!! I logged on 15 minutes before a late NFL game today to make a play and the website won't accept the play......make a call to customer service and get one excuse after the other about how busy they are (who would've ever thought that on a NFL Sunday.) Today Oscar tried to tell me that it was my fault and I should've logged on earlier to make a play..............is he fucking serious? I was on 15 minutes before the 3:05 kick, I did my part, they (betonline) are supposed to provide me, the customer with what I pay for and uphold their end of the deal......I'm beginning to regret putting money in this place if this is the way they treat a customer......really pissed again.
