I don't know if a lot of people have the balls to
play it, but I am leaning to Wash +20 as well.....
Baylor probably wins vs. WSU, I saw Okla St
play WSU, and the cougars are an abomination

I can't for the life of me figure out why Moo U is getting almost 2 TDs from the Hawkeyes. Iowa HC Ferentz has FINALLY after all these years decided to put some emphasis on the Iowa State game. Still feel this game is decided either way by a lot less than 13.5 points, though...

I like Kansas a lot, what are your thoughts on Texas at home against Ark. The razorbacks have looked really bad and the horns will be looking to hammer an SEC team considering people say it is the toughest conference.

I agree. Value with the Cyclones.

So far Iowa hasn't even had to respond to taking a shot to the jaw or a swing in momentum. Maybe the Hawkeyes and/or Cyclones will do some things so Iowa wins going away, BUT when I look at ways this game will actually play itself out, there is no friggin' way I would conclude the scenarios under which Iowa covers this huge spread are "more likely than not" (i.e., 50%+).

On a side note, Ricky Stanzi just gave a compelling performance as the guy the Hawkeyes have been looking for at QB.

As those who "know me" will attest I hate chalk. Kansas last week is easily the biggest I have played in years.

That said, I would expect both texas and Tech to cover. Watch the weather for the Texas game as the forecast would indicate potential impact from Ike.

Outside the Big 12 there sure are some smelly lines this week. I may play some really ugly ones- Syracuse, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia....
