OK UCONN did.

Marq escaped over Utah St.
Villanova less than impressive win over American.
Pitt even less impressive right now vs ETSU.
WVU looks like they may go out to Dayton.
Syracuse looked good early which let them coast.

Is this conference overrated???
I find it hard to believe that many could just be flat in round 1.

The Big 12 has brought it thus far:6-0

Only KU had a so so game.

Also and most important:

BIG 12 IS 6-0 ATS.

Its great for a teams long term chances in this tournament not to waste a cover or a good outing against lesser competition, just ease by the first game or two.The year ncaro won for williams they went into final four weekend 1-3 vs the spread in their first four tournament games,a clear signal they weresaving their #1 stuff for that weekend.keep a close eye on these teams ,if they slide thru again this weekend winning but not covering watchout for 'em later.

Saying the Big 12 is 6-0 ATS is not saying I think they are gonna do much.
I don't know if ANY make the Sweet 16(probably OU),but dont trust any others.
Dayton will be a nice dog play as KU just isn't that great.
A&M,Tx,OKST will fall and Marq should give Mizzou trouble.

With how many covers??

Uconn and Syracuse were 2-0 ATS in 1stR.
L'ville,WV,Pitt,Marq,'Nova were combined 0-5 ATS in 1stR.

When I posted it Pitt and Marq and WVU were all playing like crap.

BIG EAST ATS SO FAR 4-5 (with 2-0 yesterday).
BIG 12 ATS 8-1 (with 1-1 yesterday).

Of course Big East should be winning most games thus far by double digits because they have been double digit favs in almost all of them. Conference has yet to beat anyone except UCLA and they did that on their homecourt. Not dumping on conference.
Just pointing out the gambling side of basketball.

kegray, what happened to ucla? soft pussies.:mj07:

Yeah they stink.
I have been saying that since the pre season NIT.
Big East may take care of Pac10 and Big12 by themselves if they come to play today.
