9th race at Saratoga, love the #1 horse Dashing Debby.
1 for 1 in her career and boy was it a romp. I just got done watching the replay of this a good 5 times and she looks amazing.
This beautiful filly is from the same sire as the best horse in the world right now, Rachel Alexandra.
Her top competitors in this race, Beautician and Decelerator, both raced in a G3 race July 29th.
The romp that Debby won was not a graded stakes race, but still a stakes race, and that was on July 11th so she has had a good full month of rest.
She went 6 furlongs and won by 10+ at Calder in J J J's Dream Stakes :scared
Pretty tough to win a sprint by that big of a margin!
I dont think the extra half furlong hurts her today....I LOVE this play.
Hopefully that 7-2 morning line doesn't plummet, but there is no way we are getting 7-2 or 3-1 today :nono:
