Its a good article but i would be leary of posting the direct link...Dogs That Bark had some legal headaches with that group of publications in the past.

It was the other paper Las Vegas Review that created problem--The Sun was in our camp..but still better safe than sorry.
I can't elaborate a bit on this now as they just lost their appeal at 9th District Court of Appeals in May and if they want to pursue will have to take it to Supreme Court which is highly unlikely.
In a nutshell they sued for copy write infringement... we beat their attorneys in circuit and district court..won a judgement against them..sent the federal marshals in to seize their bank account..office equipment along with their web address.
They went all the way to 9th District with their appeals which combined myself with another fellow, a former prosecuting attorney they had also sued. By combining our cases was fortunate to have not only my attorney but the EFF and Google's attorney's in our corner.
