YTD BIG TEN RECORD:
42-20-2 68%

Ok 4 Game Lineup today:

Starting off w/a Biggy at High Noon!!

Illinois @ Michigan

Illinois avg loses on the road by -1.5 ppg. They have already lost at Minn., IOWA:eek:  !, IU, Michigan State, and Purdue!! How in the hell can they be favored to win by 4 pts. The only thing I can figure is the bookies thinking we only bet ranked teams. I know they are both tied in 2nd place in the big ten, this game will be a dog fight, and I said it is the BIG TEN! The home team will win!!
Michigan is 6-0 at home avg wins by 8.67ppg! That is all you need to know folks!

Taking Michigan +4 4x (Biggest Wager in Big Ten This Year):yup
Also Michigan Moneyline +155 4x:yup

2pm
Penn State @ Northwestern

Battle of the losers! All you need to know in this game is Penn State is 0-7 on the road in the big ten. Avgs losing by 20.43ppg.

Taking Northwestern -8 2x

2:30pm
Purdue @ Michigan State

I like Purdue but like I stated earlier I stay unbiased in these games or they will cost me money. Purdue avg loses by 7.83 ppg on the road. Losing at Illinois by 13, minny by 12, Northwestern by 11, and Michigan by 11.
Michigan State has won all 6 games at home (Except for that Big East game last sunday, but we are no counting that in the big ten conf:) They avg win by 13 ppg at home.

Taking Michigan State -6 2x

7pm
Iowa @ IU

This is the hardest game for me to cap, cause these 2 teams are hard to figure out, especially IU. But I thinking IU will hit their 3's at home and prob. win easily.

Playing this game small

Taking IU -9.5 1x (Will Not Bet this til Late Sat, hopefully line will drop a little bit)

GL ALL! Countinguy

:D

Kick Hope u see this, gonna be looking for your Tennis plays here in a sec!!;)

i agree with all your plays

still am in shock that illinois is favored by 4, it should be the other way around. I'm a huge Illini fan and have never bet against them but this time I have too. I'm just pissed because i have to work from 6-2 and wtts doesn't offer moneylines until the morning.

Yeah Sutter, I was shocked too when I seen that Michigan +4 line at Oly. I thought it was a typo and looked at 3 other books and they had the same line. Maybe it is a trap but I really don't think so, they are banking on people taking Illinois because they are ranked 16th and Michigan isn't ranked at all!

GL To you! Countinguy:D

Just to pass along some insight on the Purdue game...
Boilers had an easy time vs Penn St. only had 1 3 point and one other basket outside the paint....In the first half.
The rest was layups and free throws.
This Penn St stunk so bad i turned the radio off.
I think Mich St wins big. Purdue is way over hyped. For all you guys not able to watch this team, They are scrappy. Willie Dean The Scoring Machine...Makes a pile of points from the line.
Boilers beat Spartins at home. I look for a DD win.

Im with you on the Mich game as well... Look for this game to be tight. ...Only to have Mich make the move with 5 to go that seams to be there game plan.
You have to remember Mich is not going to the NCAA so the Big 10 is there cake.

I look for Ind to bomb away on Iowa baby.... May be some suprises in this game.
Ind....Mich St....Mich...

Big ten will take a quick back seat in the NCAA this year.

Good Luck

Wonderdog,

I think you are right about Michigan. Michigan still wants to win that Big Ten just because that is it for them. Tommy Amakor wants it bad just to prove his is a winner. Illinois is more interested in the big dance.

Another thing I was just looking at, I may make IU a 2unit play, just realized that they have been off for a whole week, should be well rest for a big time home win. Gonna watch the line on this game, before I make up my mind.

Count,
I had better rethink this Ill. I loved them for the simple reason that Mich looked horrible the other night. Brick Layers! Now you are saying that Mich is your biggest wager of the year? No fade here. BTW, Mich sure didn't play like they wanted the Big10 Title earlier in the week. I guess that is why I'm following you on this one bud. I really like the Mich State and IU plays.

at first glance, mich +4 seems like free money. Never is free money available. Keep in mind 2 things about mich: 1) they have overplayed in the big ten and seem to have hit a downslide, getting absolutely pummeled in 2 last rd games and (2) they have barely beaten the closest quality to illinois teams at home, wiscy by 1 and msu by 2, and illinois is better than those 2.

also, illinois beat minny at minny which you have backwards.

granted, ill has not shown up on the road as often as you would expect for a team spotting 4 pts, but there is a reason the line was set there....mich seems like the right side, but something ain't quite right....

good luck.

Illinois
Illinois is playing it's strongest ball of the season. Although, they have been at home, they have been dominating teams.

Illinois has been fighting injuries all season (Head, Powell, Smith, etc). They are healthy now, and it is showing in their play of late. Roger Powell has been the missing link to success for these guys all year long, and he has finally healed and with for 20+ the last two games.

Illinois is -3 at Bodog and if Cook and Powell stay hot, they should win by 7 or 8.

Anyone like the Mizzou game?;)
