I had half a day off work and was listening to WSCR-The score 720 am out of chicago and got some details on the bulls game tonight. There will be 3 rookies starting tonight for the bulls. Top injuries. No charles oakley - hasn't played much and is a big pain in the ass for the bulls. He is saying shit about the management and causing nothing but trouble for the bulls. It is not htat he isn't playing but the fact he is a cancer and it can't be good for the team. No eddie robinson- when he does play he adds alot to the bulls. He has been injured alot and it forces cartwright to play rookies and has no people to go to on the bench. No ron mercer- probably their only real scoring threat and that isn't saying much. Here is the one I haven't foung on any injury reports so far but Brad Miller the radio said is out for the game tonight. I don't know what is wrong with him but the report out of the barto center is he is out for tonight.

I know some of these injuries are old but I believe that with the fact of New JErsey losing its last 2 games and the bulls short handed with alot of rookies playing looks like a big play for me on the nets. The nets will be looking to get back on the right track and the bulls will help them do it.

I also see first fidelity has it off the board. I got it in at wsex at 9.5 for 15 units. I haven't placed a big bet like this in a long time. Just wanted to pass along the info.

Much more significance than the Nets losing their third consecutive game for the first time this season, was the health of Kenyon Martin who missed the entire second half after re-injuring his right wrist and forearm during the first quarter. Martin, who originally hurt his arm Tuesday night in Atlanta, played just 19 minutes.

He left Continental Airlines Arena near the end of the third quarter, presumably for X-rays. While he was expected to travel to Chicago with the team, he is doubtful for tonight's game with the Bulls at the United Center.

Bothered by plantar fasciitis, center Todd MacCulloch played just 21 minutes but refused to use his discomfort as an excuse. "I don't feel 100 percent," he said. "But I don't think anybody does."

Neither center Brad Miller nor forward Eddie Robinson practiced after sustaining injuries in Wednesday's loss to Charlotte. Athletic trainer Fred Tedeschi said Robinson is doubtful with a strained groin. X-rays on Miller's strained left calf were negative, but the center is still questionable.

Dr Raider- Thanks I got it 9.5 at wsex and not it is 9. I couldn't find it at anywhere else at 8.5 . Where did you get it at 8.5. I think the line is dropping because martin isn't suppose to play.

wigs- Yeah I see that martin is doubtful I think it is more like he won't play at all. It sure doesn't help my cause but I think the nets still roll. I think the bulls don't have enough scoring or players to keep with the nets

Although I am passing on this game, I agree with you that Robinson is an important player on this team, and the Bulls do not play very well when he is not in the lineup. The same can also be said for Mercer who is a scoring provider for this team as you mentioned. However I have a hard time laying a big number with a team that is in a slump on the road, especially without Kenyon Martin. Just a thought. I wish you all the best, and if you stilll like them, wagerstreet has the nets at -8.5

Best of luck. I'm passing. I never bet a team on a losing streak of three or more. Plus they are in the second of back to backs. Also the line seems to low as they should bury the bulls. Line seems fishy.. I hope you nail it though.

JT- Thanks for the heads up of 8.5 at wagerstreet. I think I am going to stay with my original bet and not go anymore but I am looking to maybe throw 3-4 units on the under. Who is going to the scoring for the bulls? Artest . I hope the Nets getting out on the road can get it together and just cover by 10.

SmashMouth-Thanks for the luck. The line looked fishy to me also at first, but with the bulls injuries I don't see them scoring enough to play with nets. Yes the nets are playing back to back with their 3rd game in 4days, but the bulls are also playing their 3rd game in 4 days- however the bulls will only have 9 players dressing tonight. No bench =no rest and will tire. As i said to JT I like this under also.

Thanks for the replies. I went out to eat at the local restuarante Fieasta Ranchero and drank like craszxuy. Got some a good food and watched te game from the bar and went to the brother in laws house andjusrt got home. WOw liked the game butndidn't like the total. Hey wgat the hell got thje big bet. The under looked good for a lomkg time.

I hoped some fo this info helped. I am wasted way to much to drink tonight,Having way to hard of time trying to type with 1 finger. celebrated the game at the bar.

Way to go redbird....as soon as I read your post, I went out to my book and tripled my usual wager....(i rarely, rarely do that)..rocketman had it also as a 4*. Too many wounded....I was kinda scared by some of the other posts, but kept the play at what it was. Great job of spottin the cripples.

Look forward to ISU comin to Wichita, hope to make it out.
