Bill Moyers takes a look at health care reform and why we need it. How can America compete with nations who have a universal health care system? Compete with businesses who don't have to carry the burden of it's employees health care costs. Why come to America when they can manufacture products cheaper elsewhere.

Alot of Americans think they have health insurance until they file a claim and then are denied. Over 70% of Americans want an public option, i want universal single payer. If this is not done now it will be done down the line and i think if it's done later it will be a total take over. It stands at over 70% now and it will only grow.

Congressman will lose their seats because of this. They rather take money from the health care industry then listen to the voters.

TRUTH FROM SPYTHEWEB

TRUTH FROM SPYTHEWEB

Good stuff from Bill Moyers. This was a good show about the health care that some have, some think they have and the ones that don't and never will have.
The power of the elite and the strenght that they and the lobbiest can will upon the house and senate is so powerful that health care for all is a dream... too much money on the side of the insurance companies, doctors, and chemical companies.
No one cares about poor people... our politicians may posture to some degree and give a meaningless fight to show em' back home that I tried to get you health care, but it was a fight where the old corrupt powers fought dirty and we the good vs evil couldn't win,and on and on and on and you'll fall asleep without any hope of change.
If you are so gullible that you think that the power, the real power care about you ,you are so sadly mistaken. Too many people in this world and we,the elite, the people with the real power don't need to keep people alive... depopulation is our incentive !!
Too many people in the world... ABOUT 6 1/2 BILLION TO 7 BILLION.
Now,do you get the picture... the richest people in the world want to own the world... in doing so they will make decisions on who lives and who dies, what countries starve and what countries surive... these people want to own countries, like large plantations and we know that they will need slaves, lots of slaves.
It's about money and never think that it's not !! The tax man is a coming and he will put the world in deeper debt and will make lots of new slaves,if you think you are above this , just give it time.
In the last month i've talked to 14 people that live in canada, working people making less than 60.000 a year. Everyone that i've talked to said that they where happy with their health care in canada... they all said that the hospital or clinic was understaffed and it was normal to wait up to 8 hours for non-emergency conditions, They all said that if it's an emergency they get in to see someone right away... but it's at no cost and to compare that with an E.R. visit that I experienced two months ago at the cost of $1600.00 for two hours of observation is no contest to the canadains that I talked to. They all said that they can't make enough money to pay for the health care that we have in the united states. The rich and the thieves love our health care... it will soon be that the super rich and our crooked politicians will have the best health care and some will have average health care and if you'er poor , well who fulking cares !!!

Good piece by Moyers. I loved it when Joe Barton (R) TX, confronted the CEO's of Assurant, Golden Rule and Wellpoint (who've rescinded more than 20,000 policies over the past 5 years):

Barton: "Doesn't it bother you that people are gonna die because you incist on reviewing a policy that someone took out in good faith... doesn't it bother you?"

Response: Crickets.

Sure hope Weezil isn't insured by one of these companies. He could very likely become another victim of "rescission". ;)

It does seem at times our beloved top 2 % of Americans lust for total control of the rest of us.
And are in the pockets and control of both parties congressman.
