This line made me chuckle:
The Clippers. As reader Sly Cooley points out: "Is it possible that the greatest moment in Clippers history is tanking that Memphis game and getting the sixth seed? Suddenly they are lined up to cruise into the Western Conference finals (as you predicted). As a diehard Clips fan for 20 years, it is nice to see that knowing how to lose finally paid off."

carmelo only wishes he was kevin garnett. mello is so overrated imo. of course some said he was better than lebron, please. keep chukn 20+ bricks a game mello u will be a star.

Maybe in the playoffs he is a underachiever, but the dude can still play regardless.
yes i know he had a very good season and shot well but he is a me, me, me player and i think he will decline before he rises anymore. only time will tell and i may be wrong but i would pass on him if given a chance to have him on my team. i will still stick to he is overrated. regardless of the points he put up this season.
Garnett is overrated IMO... The guy gets pushed around in the middle, and now he's starting to take too many 18 foot jump shots. I was very high on Garnett when he first entered the league, but my opinion of him has changed.
