qfactor report shows N. Iowa 6.627 points better than Illinois St. However battle catagories are a 5-5 tie. The big difference is the q offense rating for N Iowa. N Iowas numbers have taken a nose dive and actually lose all 3 offensive battle catagories vs Illinois State. I ran 5 game offese analyses for N Iowa and their scores where 55,55,61,58,57. Brings me to one conclusion

Play Illinois State at home and take the points. Line should and or could go to + 3 but will jump on once it reaches +2 1/2.
