has anyone ever noticed that there is a very rare occurrence of "pick criticizing" (especially post game) that goes on around here? Last I checked, it didnt require any sports knowledge, or gambling know-how to jump into a thread POST GAME and criticize. If you know so much, where were you BEFORE the game?? Hmmmm, cant figure that one out can ya?
That is a good thing. Nobody should jump into a thread, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE GAME IS OVER, and laugh or criticize someone else's picks.
Notice the respectable winners around here, guys like ClemD, Soul Train, and Gman arent the ones who do it. Seems to be only the losers who do it.
I'm referring to AU2001 jumping all over me for picking the Nova/Zona game the wrong way. I posted all sorts of winners all weekend long that hopefully some people tailed me on and made some money. Thats what this site is about: WINNING. We share information and hopefully everyone wins. I did my part last weekend. I posted plays that if followed would have won a bettor 900 bucks. Then I get knocked by some joe schmo Au2001 (who didnt post a single play all weekend) when I lost one game??
Is that what MJ's is for? Does that help share information or help anyone win games? I did my part last weekend, I posted winners. I think we would all agree thats what MJs is for: sharing info and winning money. Kicking people when they're down isnt part of teamwork or winning. Its one lousy game, I'm sorry if anyone tailed me only on that game and happened to lose, thats life. Like I said, I postd 900 in winnings last weekend, so if you took a $300 hit on the nova game, tough nails man you still did pretty well.
Some advice for the critics: (AU2001's of the world)
1.)NOBODY, I mean NOBODY, even if you are picking 100% winners has the right to go into a thread where a wager was posted and mock someone who just lost money. Thats what 3 year olds do. And its just not classy.
2.)If you were soooooooo smart, AU2001, and knew so much about the game, where was your info BEFORE THE GAME STARTED?? Thats what makes a mockery of fools like yourself, you always throw in your cheapshots AFTER the game. If you were a winner, you would respectfully post yoru disagreement BEFORE the game. Anyone can look at the final score and say , "haha you were wrong". That doesnt require any talent, just a 1 inch ****.
3.) post your own plays. You dont earn respect until you can win yourself
4.) read through allllllllll of someone's posted plays, and give them props on the winners. Dont just wait for one loss and jump all over them.
funny thing is, and this is for YOU MODERATORS reading this right now, if I did the same thing, going into someones thread and mocking a loss, I would be banned for it. And I would deserve it 100%. I believe its against the rules of this site. And if its not, it goes against the "unspoken" rules of sports betting.
