Got tickets for my wife, heading downtown for matinee . Reviews seem pretty good. Has anyone seen it ?

I will need a full review..........great reports out there on this musical written by the guys from South Park...........have fun.
I grew up a Mormon.
I'm not a big fan of musicals ( wife is) but really enjoyed this one. If you are not familiar with South Park humor or sensitive about poking fun at religion & faith, I would not recommend. There was a couple of times they said something that I thought JEEZ these are some sick ( funny ) writers.
I don't think it will play in Salt Lake City.
Yes, this fits your kind of humor. I think it only runs for a couple of weeks. Tickets aren't cheap. Let me know your thoughts if you go, especially being raised a Mormon.
Saw it in STL recently...very funny and the songs are clever. Definitely will offend those who are not familiar with SouthPark and what to expect.

I enjoyed it as well... although musicals in general are sort of annoying to me.
I thought the premise was very clever (and something I totally agree with) and it doled out a bunch of good laughs.
