Bookmaker.eu/BETCRIS.com are still one and the same correct (BetCRIS owns Bookmaker)?

BetDSI Sportsbook has split from Bookmaker/BetCRIS and has gone out on their own, is this correct?

I guess that is why BetDSI Sportsbook is no longer a sponsor, because they split from BetCRIS?
