John Moynihan stopped black thug Angelo West for a traffic violation and West shot him in the face.
Moynihan was cited for heroism during the Boston Marathon Terrioist bombing.
He is in a coma in a Boston hospital.
No word yet if West had his hands up or if he was stopped because of his race.
Obama will comment on the story after he finishes his 36 rounds of golf today in Florida.
