These are automatic for me and usually win easily. I do not know if I have ever lost one. Well today you can pound central michigan all you want. This one will be a 20+ point blowout. Central Michigan is a very good ballclub on both sides of the ball. The offense is very explosive and the frosh has done an amazing job. He is a very mobile qb which I like. Central Michigan is superior on offense and defense to mid ten state. Central Michigan is bigger and faster that mid tenn that always spells disaster. Mid tenn has only throw over 200 yards three times this year. That is amazing considering the shitty conference they are in and the fact the were getting whacked by oky, louy, scaro. I see this being similar to the Ohio U game. I feel Ohio U is a very similar club to mid ten st. I do not think mid ten will be able to run very well on the cent mich d line which is bigger and stronger and should blow up the offensive line of midd tenn. I just can not see midd ten slowing down this central michgan offense. Ohio had a better d than middle tenny and they put up 31 on them. They should easily put up 30 pts on this d and I can not see midd tenn scoring over 17 pts. I look for it to be a close game at half but cent mich just wearing them down and pulling away. I would be shocked if this was not a 20+ pt game. If you are thinking about a letdown no way not with them playing in front of the homecrowd. I love a good offense on turf. SInce central michigan is a faster team the turf should be even better for them. Gotta love the fast track. I just see a bigger faster and stronger team who is superior on both sides of the ball and playing at home to win big.
cent mich -8.5 50 units I would lay up to 17 pts if it ever climbs this high. The coaching changes make no difference. The kids have been practicing hard and are ready. Good luck in whoever you play. C michigan roles I am telling you guys do not even think for a second about taking midd tenn the line is down to 8.5. The books are fuking with your head. :scared

why cant you see midd tenn not scoring over 17 points?? Central Mich let up 28 points to Buffalo(268yds/gm), 26 points to Temple(215yds/gm) and that was temples 2nd highest output of the season.......CM also got steamrolled by No. Illinois 31-10 and that was all in the month of November......not saying CM doesnt cover, but I dont see CM as a stifling D......when Midd Tenn played teams comparable to themselves, (7 games), they scored 20+ 6 times or 34+ 5 times

just looking at the bowls thus far, maybe we shouldnt compare as of yet, but.........Troy dominated Rice, a team Midd tenn lost a heartbreaker to in the last game of the season, up 20-7 lost 20-21....

and a No. Illinois team blasted by TCU(obviously a mismatch to say the least) but they ran over Cent. Mich to the tune of 216 yards on the ground

maybe i'm totally off base here, i Just dont see the slam dunk you say it is, just wanted to throw my 2 cents in, Gl to you

Dice i appreciate the feedback but yes they did give up 26 to temple but they were up 42-7 at one point so all considering that is not suprising....they were also up on buffalo 48-7 at the half so once again the d putting it in cruise control is no suprise...these were basically garbage points and if cmich gets up this big yes they might break 17. Here is my concern about your middle tenny they were blasted by a combined score of 179-34 against mary, oky, louy and south carolina. Ten of those points against louisville were off a kickoff return and a fumble at the 14 yard line. How after you are not getting blasted do you not score any garbage points off the other teams 2nd and 3rd stringers. I will tell you why the passing game is a joke. They have no receivers and none capable of stretching the field. Cmu linebackers are good and should easily be able to contain this middle tenny running game. If you look at the teams in the conference they beat they gave up 20+ points everytime so I can not think middle tenny has much of a d. This sneed guy and the wideouts for cmu are pretty good. Sure they had a rough game against northern illinois but that was after they had already clinched and a sure letdown spot. Plus that garret wolf guy is not to bad. Ya no ill got crushed by tcu but that team is a top 10 caliber team capable of beating the heavyweights. Troy beating rice I mean come on rice has no defense. Troy held middle tenny to just about 200 yards of total offense. If there is a concern about motivation for the game. I was told cmu has been practing very hard for this one and have been having very physical practices. The offensive coordinator has taken over and no way does he let up in this game he wants the head coaching job. So on offense he will keep the pedal to the medal. Play what you like dice but I am telling you this game will get pretty ugly. The best of luck to you in whoever you take

good stuff man, this is what its all about.......personally I'm thinking over.....I went back and looked at the games i talked about above and CMU was running away with the games at halftime, so yes most of those points were garbage points......

actually i played the over, i really think MTSU hits the 20 mark.........31-21 would win it........but we'll say 37-20, the last 3 games for these 2 teams the avg pts for "combined" is 53.7, the avg points against "combined" is 50.7...not sure if that means anything, probably not, but it does tell me the D's have declined and CMU's O has picked up.......GL man....i hope cmu hits the total themselves

Nice win on Central Michigan but MTSU actually outgained CMU and if not (I know...if and but's were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas) for the pick 6 interception and the idiotic MTSU coach doing an onside kick down 14-7 it would have been a lot different. After the first two drives, Central Michigan did not drive the length of the field again. They scored a td on the interception, one on the drive that started at the 50 and a field goal after the drive started at the 30. Nonetheless, good hit and congrats.
