It says there were two warrants in October. The FISA warrant AND a "normal" FBI warrant (probably Title 3).
This is new!
That's important because that would have to be reviewed by the DOJ. And it can be assumed it was signed off at the highest level.
This puts it squarely under the purview of the Obama administration.
So the Obama administration was rifling through the server on an opposition candidate.
According to the Jan 20 NY Times article, results were shared with Obama.
There was no indication of criminal activity.
The biggest crime is the leaking to the press. A felony under the Espionage Act.
The question is in the complicity of Obama. And based on his Exec Order that released otherwise secure information to 17 intelligence agencies just prior to his departure would certainly lend credence to the point that he was a willing part (if not the mastermind) in the conspiracy.
