THt was an unfortunate opening 2H drive for the Chargers. That should have been whistled for PI before the INT and, what's more, it looked like rivers threw in his direction because he expected the flag. Give this mediocre Denver offense less than half the field to drive for a score and you're suddenly down two scores against a top three D in the NFL. Those are not the kind of bad breaks you can afford on opening night on the road.

This timeout to review the INT is pointless and only helps the Denver defense to take a little more time to recover after that huge defensive stand on the previous possession. Why doesn't the NFL have the ability to just talk to the ref in his earpiece and just tell them the result that is obvious from the replay immediately and not waste any additional time. I'm sure some people on the east coast would like to see this game end so they can go to bed. No need to extend it unnecessarily

And the color commentator doesn't even know players names in game. Use your roster sheet dumbass!

Also, the commentating in this game overall has been unfortunate to say the least.

This may sound cynical(because it is), but every coaches challenge just means more commercials, or more $$$ for League and Networks. NFL is getting closer to NBA every year = No flow to the game.

How they can have her announce games is beyond me. She also does the early morning shit college game. I mean this is ESPN, she should be at the high school.level or all access TV.
