If anything, I'm glad the Rangers hired him so that we don't get to hear his over-analytical stiff ass on TV nite after nite. Geez, he and Ray Knight were two of the most boring, bumbling analysts ever!



P.S. Buck has quite a track record. Texas should win the World Series the year after he gets canned.

First order of business is getting that clubhouse in order. His by-the-book style did not work in Arizona, but let's see if it plays in Texas, with all those personalities.
