Butler @ Duke

I am taking Butler + the points for sure, right now it is at 13.5 but will prob. rise before game.

Butler is one of the few teams if not only team, that Duke is playing at home that has a winning record on the road.

Road record 9-2 Avg Winning by 9.82 ppg.

Do I think Butler will win? NO!! I would be nice but don't see that happening. Dukes home courts is a vicious. But butler is used to playing in the most hostile of crowds. Last year Butler got screwed out of the ncaa with a record 26 or 27 wins, not exactly sure on that one. Dick Vitale talks about it all the time. Well anyways they want this win badly after getting screwed outta of the big dance last year. If somehow they could pull off the miracle win, it would definitely put them close to in this year.

I know Butler plays in a completely different league of teams, but they are used to playing top ten teams. They are very good from downtown!! Very fun team to watch!!

Well enuff said! I will be playing 2x play on this, I'll be back w/I lay the money w/actual line!

Butler has to play some sort of defense tonight and slow up the tempo of the game. They can't let this turn into a track meet be-
cause Duke may blow this one wide open.

Played at Hawaii a short time back and lost 81-78 but still managed to cover by a 1/2 point.

I like Butler also here but have been giving up alot of points lately.

Not typical Butler defense.

man, Butler is gonna cover this no doubt. I worry that if duke starts off hot, they may be in trouble. But this is a pressure game, and Butler usually steps up to the plate for these sort of games. I can see a loss by 8 or 9, not double digits. I just hope the crowd doesnt get to crazy, than there might be some eratic shooting

I'm not sure why no one talks about the QUALITY of the teams that Butler plays. What does an ATS record on the road mean if it's against crappy teams. Going into Cameron, the most hostile place in college basketball, against a team who basically plays in the best conference in the country and games that are tourney intensity night in and night out. And people say Butler will cover no problem? I'm not saying they won't cover, but if they do it will be close.

I expect Duke to cover.

I like the over in this game 146 more than taking Butler, I hate Duke but they always have the potential of blowing teams out , especially at home.Just an IMO.

I was on the wrong side of that pick!! Will have to make it up to u on sat w/the big ten. That's my specialty anyways. I just big this one tonite because I am a big butler fan, should never throw my heart into it. I definitely don't in big ten!!
