How many posters were all over CAL to beat USC? CAL #1 in Pac 10. USC over-rated?

USC beat Washington by 6, Washington with 1st string QB plays perfect football with ZERO turnovers, USC -1 turnovers. Don't forget USC was playing handicapped with injuries.

= USC SUCKS, USC OVER-RATED

CAL beat Washington by 7, Washington with 2nd string QB has 5 turnovers, CAL +5 turnovers.

I posted repeatedly do not worry about USC and USC is the best team in the Pac 10. USC deserves their #2 ranking. I explained how teams are playing great football against USC yet USC continues to win. USC is winning with huge injury issues and inexperience issues. CAL got +5 turnovers and won by 7 in OT, 1pt more than USC who was -1 turnovers.

If UW had 5 turnovers against USC, USC +5 turnover ratio would have won by 30+ pts. Take it to the bank. Ask Arkansas!

*Nebraska is now 5-2, 2 losses against top 5 teams, USC beat them by 18 and easily could have been worse. Neb. lost to Texas by 2pts.

*Arkansas continues to win and currently tied for 1st in the SEC. USC won @ARK 50-14. Only game all year USC was healthy.

It is now 2h of the season and watch USC take it up a notch! (like they always do) It is going to be a fun 2h of the season for Trojan fans! Oregon, CAL, ND and UCLA will be getting USC's best shots!

Im so glad you said that, now when USC loses to one or two of them, you wont have an excuse, well, you will still find one, but at least now, you have clearly stated that USC will give it their all!

Quick question too. Do you really think Arkansas is the same team now that played USC? You are correct, teams change throughout the season. Teams play up and down. Cal has done the same thing that USC has done all year. Up and Down. The truth is the Pac 10 is usually the USC conference and right now, i dont think they have that. But they are the 3rd best conference in the land, because they have at least 3 teams in the better than average list.

This year I have come to the conclusion that USC plays to their level of competition "unless" that team gets USC's interest. Arkansas and Nebraska got USC's interest and USC dominated both opponents. Booty was making his 1st and 2nd career starts! AND USC is/was SUPER YOUNG and inexperienced. :scared

In addition, the plays USC ran against Arkansas and Neb. have not been shown again all year. Coaches obviously holding back. You cannot show your cards when you play Oregon, CAL, ND and UCLA to close your season. ALSO USC has suffered HUGE injuries but are getting healthy. Lets not forget it is a super young team.

ASU is great example. USC started out 21-0 against ASU and then lost interest. But when USC needed a big drive to beat ASU, they got it with ease. Same with Washington. At the end of the game, USC needed a big drive, they got it. Against Washington ST., USC needed big drive at end of the game, they got it. So when this team is interested, they excel. Oregon, CAL, ND and UCLA will all get USC's interest!

Arkansas and USC both are not the same teams. Only time USC was healthy all year was @Arkansas and Nebraska. Says a lot about USC since USC beat ARKY 50-14 @ARK, and beat Nebraska by 18pts despite NEB. trying to shorten the game.

If USC played Arkansas, they would win big again. Maybe not 50-14, but prob. by 14+pts. Maybe more depending how healthy USC is. USC would never lose to a freshman QB. Arkansas def. would get USC's interest.

Remember, Arkansas has no clue how to defend USC. In the 2h, USC opened up the playbook (passing down field) and Ark. had NO CLUE how to play defense. They are not used to playing sophisticated passing team. Balanced too. Last year ARK was clueless on how to defend a sophisticated passing attack and USC put up 70. Remember, @ARK Booty was making 1st career start. USC put up 50pts!

Arkansas dominated Auburn @AU and I think Arky freshman QB only threw the ball 12 times. NOBODY WILL EVER BEAT USC THROWING THE BALL ONLY 12 times. Much less dominate USC.
