Nothing bad.
People will live better. They'll get enough to eat, move out of the shithole they live in, maybe be able to buy some health insurance, keep their kids in school. Have a reason to show up at work. They'll buy more "stuff', helping retailers and manufacturers. And they'll pay more Fed and state income taxes, Social Security taxes, Medicare taxes.
What's not to like?
Just to put things in perspective, Jamie Dimon got $27 million last year, $13,500 per hour. That's as much as 900 people making $15/ hour.
And the Red States?
More welfare, poorer health, less education, more crime, more unemployment, less tax money, worse schools and roads.
