Since SC has lost to Wash lately and Oregon is above ground compared to SC it may all come down to SC beating UCLA and by then Neweasal may already be gone. So F UCLA as usual. This SC team is goo because of Kiffin and I am not even a Kiffin fan because he just seems smarmy. Could be wrong then again could be right.

Time to give Kiffin a tad of praise and I realize you are a KTown guy.

For the record, I am a huge supporter of the Vols but an SC fan first. Tons of family in KTown and attended over 50 plus games their cheering the Vols.

I will say this, I took that bet because they had an easy schedule. The only "good" win he has this year is at Notre Dame. I had them losing that, but winning Washington and UCLA, so that is why I made the bet.

When I bet, I sure as hell don't do it on emotion. Dumass Dooley has won me $900 the past two weeks. I live in "KTown" but not from here, but still love the Vols.

Let me give you the back story on all this and you will realize where I am coming from, and Nole can probably confirm this:
When it was announced that Lane Kiffin would be replacing doughnut boy, I had a radio show on Saturday mornings at the time(Calhouns on the River - I am sure you are familiar). It was well known that I was a Brian Kelly fan, and he wanted the job.

I got on the radio that day and my first words were, "Tennessee has just made the single dumbest hire in the history of UT football." Hammy hired Kiffy based on his "staff", moreover, his daddy, who could not stop the spread offense for shat. The phone lines lit up and I was called everything that most MJ'ers call me at the golf outings.:mj07:

Needless to say, I ended up being right. He called recruits that he had coming to UT and urged them NOT to go to class for spring enrollment and go to USC. He put Dooley in a no-win situation and set the program back 3-4 years. BTW, in his first recruiting class, of the top 10, only 2 remain. The others are either in jail, kicked off the team, or playing for a DII school somewhere in New Mexico.

All you have to do is give him a shovel, and he will take care of it himself. Haden doesn't like him, and him going at the refs two days this week isn't going to win him any points with the AD.

He defines the phrase - "Falling Forward" - the only guy that could make Al Davis(RIP) look like the Dali Lama.
