These are european format lines. You simply have to multiply the number by the amount you want to risk. This will give you your total return (amount risked + amount won) if you win.
So here, let's say you bet 50$ on San Diego:
50 * 2.13 = 106.50$
So your net winnings would be 106.50 - 50 = 56.50$ if the Padres win.
