From what I can pull, the favorite in week 1 has not covered since 2003. I could not pull stats from before that. Here is what I have

2008 NE -13.5 W no Cover
2007 jax -6.5 Loss
2006 NE -10 W no Cover
2005 car -7 Loss
2004 STL -10.5 W no Cover
2003 Miami - 14 loss

What do you mean by "the favourite", dude?

Any...or the Thursday game? [no, that's not it..Thursday games are 6-6-2 last 14 week 1 fwiw]

Big favourite? Little favourite? Div favourite? Road favourite? :shrug:

I am saying the biggest spread favorite for week 1.

So, look at all the games for week 1, the biggest favorite for the last 6 years has not covered (with 3 of them outright losing).

This year, there are 2 teams -13 (balt and NO).
