why we shouldn't bet the house on the Spurs. I don't see many on or against them. This Atlanta team smells bad. Only thing I can maybe see is whether the Spurs get up for this game on the road??

Thoughts are welcome.

You would expect with the recent blow outs that the Spurs would do the same to Atlanta.

The Spurs are playing tomorrow night against Minnesota, so if they get out early they may rest some of their starters. Perhaps a back door cover, but I agree with you I don't see it happening.

Then again this is the NBA, no bet is safe.

Seems a bit too easy, and this is alot of points to lay on the road, even against this awefull Hawks team.. Money has also gone on Hawks plus the points so far probably due to the things Simonsez mention.. You can get Spurs -8 at some books now.

Personally I do not like they idea of laying that many points on the road, with a big game comming up for the Spurs.

Believe it or not, this line is pretty accurate. It's the highest line on SA on the road in this year. Sac only gave Atl 6' in Atl. I would have thought it would be higher and the fact that it's not is a little scary. Atl has got to start covering and SA has got to start not covering sometime in the near future. Good luck

thanks for the input guys. the line jumped out at me, mainly because I've been playing against the hawks the last few games and coming up with easy winners. even though gsp says he thinks the line is right on, i think this game is classifeied as a "looks to easy" play, so I think i'll lay off and wait until they play again. who knows, maybe coming home after six games will give them some incentive to play better. but with that lineup, i can't see it happening.
