It just dawned on me, money coming in on REDS pushed the line up to -150. CWS are -145... REDS have lost 7 straight, 9 of 10, and 26 of 33 at home... and are starting an umproven guy, granted, against a First Time starter, BUT -150??? PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSEE!!

CWS have won 14 of last 20, 16 of last 20 at home, 9 of 10 at home with only loss in extra innings to cross town rival CUBS.

I know all streaks must end, but in what I see as a toss up game at best(MIL/CIN), how does one play the REDS??

My line on the Sox just dropped from -150 to -140, right before game time...I'm staying away, but if I had to play it, I would be on Kansas City....those line changes happen for a reason....

i think it goes back to the no sweep theory.

home teams that are about to get swept put in that little extra into the last game for the home crowd..

does anyone have stats on away teams about to sweep and how the home team fares in the 3rd game...?
