Can someone explain this to me

Why are the Mariners only at -117 with Felix Hernandez on the mound? I know my Jays, and Bush has been decent lately(he was pure trash at the beginning of the season),but this is still an odd line.

Is this a trap bet?

I will take Felix all day long-----had a rough outing the other day but this kid is special

I love the kid but Ms are 1-4 in last 5 starts and in last two: 10 IP & 11 ER ... he might be tiring at 19 ... plus Ms have scored 11 runs for him in those same 5 starts and back up to starts 8 and 9 they scored 1 run in each .... :scared
