I saw this last night in the ****ing yankee game as well. Cubs up 3-1 going into the b of the 9th, lieber is over 100 pitch count. He proceeds to give up to singles, why the **** is he still in. Is it that important to these guys to pitch a cg!

Yes, but would Alfonseca have been in that position if he had started the 9th. He inherited those runners with 0 outs!!! We will never know because that piece of shit Baylor didn't give him the chance.
