Can you bet on both sides on the same site?

My question only about books, which welcomes pro players. Pinnacle, Greek, 5dimes.
Let say you got price on favorite at -200 then after one week odds changed drasticly and now underdog on this event +400 on the same site.
Now question, can you place on the same site bet on favorite and later on underdog?

I have bet both ways on a game several times. I bet favorite on Monday and underdog on Saturday during college football because of an injury trying for a middle.
