Where the hell did you find that????? That's a sorority at Wisconsin. That pic was legendary a couple of years ago when they first took it. I lived a half a block away from them the last three years. Eye candy indeed!!
Anytime you have a place with 45,000 students aged 18-22 and half of them are girls, you can always find some lookers. There were tons of hot sorority chicks, but the Kappa girls were certainly the best.
