Philli D is way ahead of the offense at this stage, and 3 of the Eagles better WR are not playing.
No word on the Raiders QB rotation, but Philli are paying it quarter by quarter...1st team 1st quarter...etc...

My only concern is that Chang comes out in the last quarter and starts flinging balls around like there's no tomorrow, but hopefully by then 36 will be a fair way off.
