ST. LOUIS CARDINALS -155 ? These clubs probably have different mindsets today, as the Cardinals are coming off of a nice win over Curt Schilling while the Brewers were swept at home by the Pirates. I don?t expect the Brewers? managerial change to have that much of an impact, given the fact that this team simply lacks the talent to compete at the big league level. Kile has yet to get a decision, but he has allowed just 1 earned run and 6 hits in 11 innings this year. He dominated Milwaukee the last 3 times he faced them last year, allowing just 2 runs in 19 innings. He is currently working on an 11-inning scoreless streak vs. the Brewers, and should be able to easily exploit a Milwaukee team that currently owns a team bating average just .230. Figueroa has also impressed without getting a win in his first 2 starts, but he lacks Kile?s track record, and should have a difficult time containing this hot St. Louis offense. The Cardinals have a team average of .282 and are averaging more than 6 runs per game.
