Patience is the operative word here.......

CT is not at full strength and they are NOT healthy!
Emeka Okafor did not practice on Monday or Tuesday and has been bothered by back spasms all week. He is listed as probable.
In addition, CT's second best shot blocker has ben slowed by a hip pointer...Josh Boone at 6'10" will play but is less than 100% and will give time to Marcus White who is recovered enough from his back problems to help out tonight spelling the other big guys.
ADD to that Turf toe Taliek Brown. He will give many more minutes tonight as he is improved and according to Jimmy C is looking more like the old Taliek.(don't know if thats good) but he also is less than 100%
Then there is Charlie Villanueva........who is still an NCAA captive ....He'll miss his 4th game as NCAA continues to look into his travel issues.
The problem for Georgia Tech is that CT has so much firepower that they could still win comfortably.....they"re shooting well, and Ben Gordon is on fire.....has hit his last 8 3s and will not be stopped tonight. There's Hilton Armstrong at 6'10" (last years starter) to help out and a healthy and much improved Denham Brown who has been scoring close to 20 per........Theres Rashaad Anderson who found his range last week and can can the 3s in bunches..........so even with the DINGS.........I would NOT bet against this team. I just don't think I'd play ON them to cover a healthy 8 point spread against a pumped up Georgia Tech...with BJ Elder and his backcourt of champions. They are pretty good!
For Me..............no play
