From what I understand, taxpayers foot the bill for her defence. Now that she's free and is being offered $ for photos & interviews does she need to repay the State for her Lawyers :shrug:

No. She was tried and found not guilty on most counts. Not her fault. She gets to profit however she can. What a country!
agree that it`s sad that the justice system appeared to fail in this instance...that said:SIB ,it`s even more troubling to me that there are actually people that have the time and the inclinatiion to make threatening signs,mob that courthouse and make it necessary for the state to spend even more money keeping vigilantes from tearing the girl apart......
and the media?...they`re the ones that were throwing gasoline on the fire throughout the whole debacle........they`re actually spending their own resources trying to figure out where the girl is hiding so some moron can hunt her down and kill her...
..i`m sure that when someone eventually hurts or kills this girl,the media will act indignantly about the viligilantism that they themselves enabled and encouraged...

Casey Anthony called 911 today in hysterics. The following is the dialogue from her call.
Casey Anthony: "Hello? HELLO!? This is Casey Anthony! Someone is following me. out of breath.. gasping.. Send an officer as fast as possible to (address withheld)!!!"
Operator: "Hi Casey. Will have an officer out."
Casey Anthony: "?!?! How long!? HURRY!"
