Lost my last 10 unit play on SC earlier this week after hitting big plays on CUSE and UM - another hit on GT Thurs night has me in the midst of a nice week that will hopefully continue today
Lightning quick turnaround for UVA following BIG win Thurs against VT - That game had the following elements:
- revenge for UVA from a blowout earlier in the year
- Senior night
- in state rivalry game
- 1st place in the ACC was at stake
Obviously UVA was jacked up for that game - will be extremely hard for the Wahoos to match that emotion just 40 hours later for a morning tilt against the Deacs
WF has obviously had a tough season but have played tough as of late - 4-1 in their last 5 at home with a win over GT, only loss to white-hot Maryland - Senior Day for WF honoring not only Visser, but also F Drum who has been affiliated with WF program for life, played Div II ball before transfering to Wake as a junior walk-on, mother is on the faculty at WF so he gets reduced rate to go to school but still has no scholarship - point is that Senior Day will take on even more meaning for Deacs - WF also playing to get out of ACC cellar and a few wins could mean a 17th consecutive post season berth
Pub will side with UVA as ACC outright reg season title is theirs with a win - I will side with the house and plan on cashing this ticket
