Boston losers of 4 straight, Philly winners of 3 straight. Philly who a week ago was barely in the playoffs can now create a three way tie for fourth between Boston, Orlando, and themselves with a win here. I know alot of cappers here our on Boston, with all the trends pointing towards Boston(see Ray's posts) but Philly has recenlty had great sucess vs Boston. I personally feel Boston has been playing above there heads all year, and now they are coming back down to earth. I mean they will be a playoff team, but they are not the fourth best team in the east. Philly is finally starting to click, I mean its not just Iverson, the whole team is playing good right now.
I really like Philly here.
Mutombo should get close to 20 boards.
Iverson probably won't score 40 again, but he'll get between 25-35. Philly will force turnovers, get to the free throw line, and they should be able to handle the struggling Celtics. I am simply going with the team on the rise vs the team on the decline.
Philly -4 (-120)
Philly 92
Boston 84
