England, u.k.
Forget the words of Coolmore, all year cards have been played close to ther chests. They have never been ones to overrace their horses and their top horses are fresh. Virus in the yard earlier this year means the horses were let down and have been brought back steadily with the Breeders Cup races at the top of the agenda.
ROCK OF GIBRALTER is an exceptional horse. He has the speed to win at 6 furlongs (3/4 mile) and yet he is a machine at 1 mile. His cruising speed is outstanding and an electric kick from off the pace is most telling.
Forget the draw, he will be able to position himself anywhere in the field due to his speed and when they reach the home stretch he will be sitting just behind the leaders ready to pounce. It will be a major shock here in the UK if this horse is beaten.

No question he's the one to beat but I would only look gimmicks cause at 1-1 or less the risk/reward in the win pool isn't worth it. If you key him in the exacta, look for a longshot like Del Mar Show, Nuclear Debate, Touch of the Blues or Dress for Thrill in 2nd. The exactas w/Beat Hollow, Forbidden Apple and Good journey will probably all be paying under $20.
