Both "D" suck and UT has played a much tougher schedule on paper, 21 pt fav is about right, total is low I feel at 46, UNCC has a better TOM. Sag power rating is 24 1/2 so why the low line? Charlotte not far from Knoxville, feeling this one could be a 49 to 27 type game so only lean would be "OVER" 46.

GL Lowell. I'm not in NC anymore, leaving in the SW corner of MO, minutes from KS, OK and ARK.
