Between Green Bay and Iowa City
NFL YTD: 15-18 (-1.50*)
- - Lost only some juice last week thanks to a strong play on Philadelphia. It was what it is.

New York Giants(-6')(-105) over Detroit (1*)
- - The road warriors from Detroit will be hard pressed to dictate the flow of this game if left to their own devices, but they have hope of receiving some help if the bye has gummed up the full cylinders the G-men were hitting on.

Seattle(-6') over Arizona (1*)
- - I don't give a sh*t if DE Wistrom And LB Simmons are on the sidelines, the plays that need making get made in this game - which most likely means being on the right side of this wager (Seattle has covered in its last 31 SU road wins?) - or Holmgren and his Hawks are severely lacking in a full quota of heart and chemistry. I strongly suspect Seattle has what good teams have in this spot.

Jacksonville(+9) over Indianapolois (1*)
Jacksonville in a divisional rematch is the biggest dog on the board? Gonna try some of that.

Adding:

Tampa Bay(-7) over Chicago (1*)
- - In this spot I see the Buccs team on one page against virtually any team they line up on the other side - after considering lots of possible responses from Chicago, I've come down on the side of a bit of a beating they so deftly avoided against Washington.

Lost the juice again - bigger if not better comes next, - adding . . .

Denver(-6')(-108) over Cincinnati (1*)
- - Broncos HC Shanahan has hoisted some fraudulent teams into the arena in recent years, but he is as quick as they come at putting his foot on your throat when he is capable of doing so . . . After last year's flash, Bengals HC Lewis looks to be in a bit over his head, and right now Cincinnati is struggling to find an identity rather than looking to rise up and seize a spotlight moment - not good . . . And complementing the "pick the winner" on Monday night angle, MrChristo notes that teams are 17-6-4 since 1998 as away favorites of 3+ off an ATS win as an away favorite (Denver over Oakland last week); teams not only can cover two weeks in a row - they do.
