You are correct. He inherited a good recruiting class and some talented players when he took over L'ville and then did the same thing at Texas and all the boosters and helpers recruiting for Texas toned down their loyalties to him. He's a blow hard with no clue on hiring the right people for his staff and recruiting outside the domain of Texas.
